Return & Exchage Policy At Millwood, every piece is crafted with care, precision and natural integrity. Each product carries the unique beauty of solid wood — with its own grains, tones and textures — making it one of a kind. Because of this handcrafted and made-to-order nature, we maintain the following return policy to ensure fairness and quality for all our customers.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

  • Products once sold are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of damage during delivery or a verified manufacturing defect.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

  • Our team will review the case and arrange for a replacement or repair as applicable.

NATURAL VARIATIONS

  • As all Millwood pieces are crafted from 100% natural wood, minor variations in colour, grain pattern or texture are natural and celebrated as part of the material’s character — these are not considered defects.

  • Handcrafted finishes may have subtle differences that reflect the authenticity and craftsmanship of each creation.

CUSTOM ORDERS

  • Customised products (made to specific size, finish, or design requests) are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • However, we ensure transparency during the design process so that every detail is approved before production begins.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once production or dispatch has begun, cancellations will not be accepted.

DELIVERY DAMAGES

  • If your order arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery or mark it as “damaged” with the delivery agent and contact us immediately.

  • Millwood will arrange a replacement or service visit after assessing the claim.
